Meet the Hosts of Spitaki Country House
We are Vana, Nikos, Hara and Maro. A family of four, city leavers who love the alternative lifestyle.
We live here all year round enjoying nature. We welcome you to our homes and await you to coexist.
We create mosaics, paint, love music and engage in alternative activities. We swim from the beginning of May until October.
We recycle everything and love and take great care of our area and nature.

Las Ramblas Breakfast & Coffee Brewers
Las Ramblas Breakfast and Coffee Brewers made its first appearance in December 2010 in the center of Larissa and more specifically on the pedestrian street of Apollonos. A welcoming, sunny alley that leads to the ancient theater of the city.
Within a short amount of time, it became synonymous with fine coffee, while from 2014 onwards it’s not only connected with specialty coffee but also with specialty Breakfast and Brunch.
Many newspapers wrote that “Las Ramblas introduced Brunch to the lives of Larissaians”. We prove it every week when our chefs and pastry chefs are inspired by different dishes, creating a buffet that gives a special flavor note to your Sunday mornings. As with coffee, so with food, we use fine raw materials for the best result on your plate.
Pure raw materials, bright colors, and a smile are also characteristics that we find on the Greek beaches. So, we thought it would be fitting for our brand to be in a favorite seaside location and it came to fruition during the summer of 2021.
An iconic Beach Bar had come full circle and would “change owners”. Its name “Spitaki” (Home), as intimate & as warm as the experiences offered by Las Ramblas.
